Shipping policy

Delivery Times:

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days, via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery, for £5.95. Delivery is free when you spend £135+.

Please note once an order is in progress, we normally cannot cancel it due to how our systems are set up. 

Process:

When you place an order you will get a confirmation from us that we have accepted it. In the event we are unable to fulfil your order we will get in touch to offer an alternative or a refund. You will then get a dispatch confirmation, along with tracking information for your parcel.
