What is SnuggleStretch?
SnuggleStretch™ is our custom engineered fabric used across all our blankets, combining ultra-soft faux fur with a signature four-way stretch. It offers gentle weight and breathable warmth that you feel the moment it drapes around you - delivering all-day, sink-in snuggle comfort.
Will colours be restocked?
Our most loved colours can sell out quickly! We do our best to restock these while also introducing fresh new shades. Sign up to our emails to be the first to know when product is back - so you don't miss out on your perfect cosy match.
Will my faux fur blanket shed?
Not all faux fur is created equal. Our premium double-sided fabric sheds very minimally. You may notice a little shedding initially, but it's far less than with lower-quality blankets. SnuggleStretch™ is made for effortless comfort, not extra cleanup.
How do I care for my Pookie?
SnuggleStretch™ and double-sided faux fur are built to last, but showing your blanket a little kindness means it will return the favour day after day.
Your Pookie is machine washable, but must be washed separately from other products and on a cold wash. Air dry only, and to restore the fluffiness you can tumble dry on fluff or air dry setting (no heat!).

Delivery & Returns questions
Do you offer Free Delivery?
Standard delivery is £5.99 or free on orders over £135.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver every order within 5 business days via Royal Mail 48-hour service. During busy periods, delays may occur, but we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We'd love to make Pookie available to our friends outside the UK one day, stay tuned!
Can I select a day of delivery? It's a gift!
Unfortunately we do not offer nominated day delivery at this time, but if you need your order by a certain date that is more than 3 days away, get in touch via email or the form below and we'll do our best to help.
Are returns free?
If there is any fault with your product, we will of course cover the cost of this.
However, in other circumstances you will be responsible for the cost to send your Pookie back to us via your chosen delivery carrier in a sealed and as-new state. We recommend a tracked and insured service, so your return reaches us safely.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your item back in a saleable condition, we'll process your refund within 7 working days.
